SQL> GRANT SELECT ON sys.ku$noexp_tab TO PUBLIC
2 /

Grant succeeded.

SQL> GRANT INSERT ON sys.ku$noexp_tab TO PUBLIC
2 /

Grant succeeded.

SQL> alter package KUPW$WORKER compile BODY;

Package body altered.
